C/C/C is  a true one-page game now, featuring: layout!

In the layout process, I also gave the text some light revisions. For instance, PREP is no longer a thing --- RECON just directly adds to your next mission start roll. What's the point of naming game mechanics if you're not going to alliterate with them, anyway?
